We will begin by going over the size and pricing before I give you an overview of my process. From there, we will discuss a color palette, texture, and the overall story you would like your piece to illustrate. We'll talk about the things that are important to you as well as the emotions you want your painting to reflect. I will create a mock up during our consultation and we will play with it until you are happy with the story you want to tell. We'll then talk about a timeline for your painting.

While we will go over a general color palette for your piece, my process for texture and brush strokes are purely intuitive as I try to embody the story you want your piece to show and express those emotions onto the canvas. I will be in constant communication with you, bringing you with me through each layer and decision, to make sure our stories are aligned.

Once the piece is completed, varnished, and dry, I will get it ready to pass it off to you. Payment will be received before the painting is shipped or delivered. All paintings that are being shipped will be taken off of the canvas frame and rolled into a packing tube. This is the cheapest and safest way for me to get your custom painting delivered to you. If you are local to the Albany area, I am happy to deliver your piece directly to you.
